Tasty Hot Crab Dip
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup salsa (homemade of course)
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
  • Assorted Crackers
Instructions
  1. Combine milk and salsa. Transfer to a slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray. Stir in cream cheese, crab, onions and chopped green chilies.
  2. Cover and cook on low in a crock pot for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with the crackers.
  4. Yield 5 cups.
